Das Spiel ist toll aber…
Seitdem ich ein iPhone 12 habe wird allein das Interface und der Home Bildschirm nicht mehr richtig angezeigt folglich kann man das Spiel nicht mehr spielen. Ich habe es so geliebt ich hoffe ihr könnt es für neuere Systeme und Displays optimieren damit ich es ma wieder spielen kann.

Impossibile sbloccare acquisto-Impossible to restore in-app purchase
Gioco molto bello. Dopo qualche anno dal mio acquisto in-app non posso più giocare perché il mio acquisto non esiste più. Questo problema si estende a tutti i giochi acquistati tramite acquisto in-app da Big Fish Games. Ho provato a contattare l’assistenza e l’unico aiuto che ho ricevuto è stato ricevere consigli su come scaricare e ripristinare acquisti su PC con sistema operativo windows (dopo aver specificato più volte che i miei problemi erano relativi ad iPhone ed iPad). Assistenza veramente pessima!!! Se deciderete di acquistare giochi da Big Fish Games tramite acquisti in-app sappiate che, un giorno, potreste non essere in grado di sbloccarli.
Very beautiful game. After some years it’s impossibile to unlock the game i’ve previously bought by in-app purchase. I’ve the same problem with every game i’ve bought by in-app purchase from Big Fish Games. I’ve tried to contact Big Fish Games support but i’ve only received help for windows PC games (i’ve many times specified that my problems were about iPhone and iPad). Very bad support!!! You have to know that if you’ll decide to buy games from Big Fish Games by in-app purchase you’ll may not able to unlock your games after some times.

Can’t get candle in Treehouse
This issue has been brought up by people again and again, going back as far as seven years ago. It has never been fixed. Somehow some people have been able to get past it after trying a long time. Someone please tell me how to do that. I can’t proceed any further in the game because of this glitch.
