I paid for this app and it won’t recognize that and wants me to pay again! I have paid subscription and it’s not being recognized

There is a “Restore purchases” button, so you can always restore your previous purchases.
Love the app
But when you get through using your free and you open up all purchases, it won’t allow you to it keeps going back wanting you to re-purchase re-purchase purchase over and over again and I’ve done that numerous times and I can’t get to the point where I need to with this app so it doesn’t do much good.
