Paying for notifications??
I was really excited to use this app. I know $7 a year is a pretty small amount but what do you mean I have to pay to enable NOTIFICATIONS? A basic function of any app. What is the point of tracking packages in a separate app if I’m not getting updates about them? Why would you lock the most basic content behind a paywall?

Doesn't work, it was good.
It doesn't work; it lags behind with updates, whereas other apps show the order is already arriving. I'm considering canceling my subscription.
Constantly have to re-login to Amazon
Complete waste of time now. Asks me to reconfirm my Amazon credentials every other day.

Not good for Amazon anymore
I’ve been a subscriber to the premium version for several years. You used to have to re-login to Amazon maybe once a month, it’s now every two days or so. This is quite a downgrade. This could very much be due to increased restrictions on Amazon’s API but it’s worth knowing for anyone considering subscribing. It’s very annoying and cumbersome for Amazon packages now. If this doesn’t improve, I’ll likely cancel.

Поддержка перестала отвечать за запросы и добавлять отсутствующие сервисы. Уже около года запросы остаются без ответа. То что было добавлено ранее работаем хорошо. Жаль что бросили приложение и прекратили поддержку, классное было приложение :(

An Excellent, Easy-to-Use Delivery Tracker
I’ve used tracking apps for over a decade and this one is the best I’ve found. It does everything you need without useless fluff and it tracks delivery services you didn’t even know existed. If you get deliveries and you want to track them, this is the app you need.
The Best Package Tracking App
Probably the best app for its category, but it lacks a few features, such as additional integrations, like Walmart, Shopify, and eBay. I would be willing to pay for these integrations.
Great App
This is a great app. I gave it five stars because it does everything I want. It would be nice if you can add additional integrations to track shipments automatically similar to the Amazon feature. eBay would be a good one to start with, perhaps USPS as well to automatically get incoming packages from their informed delivery.

Does not work anymore/paid

**Had to lower my original review from years ago to 1 star.
I can no longer track anything nothing works and says pending. It says they now require a subscription. After many years of supporting their app suddenly it's paid no warning. No one wants another subscription to track a few packages.
Like this I can keep all shipments in one place and either get all the status updates in one place or i can still track on the website via the app if i want to.

I want to love it, but it’s missing key features that are free in similar apps
This is the most polished-looking, simple-yet-effective delivery tracking app I've tried - and I've tried many. It even handles Amazon like a champ - which is what drove me to replace Route recently. Route does Amazon auth too, but seems pretty glitchy with it.
My only gripe with it is the lack of support for adding tracking automatically from Gmail. Almost every major tracking app does this these days - and for free.
Now if you're privacy-minded, and don't WANT a delivery app reading your email, this is the app to get. Not sarcasm - it really is the best one I've tried. I’m just too ADHD (diagnosed lol) to remember to add it manually, and is the whole reason I want a package tracker. Also if you primarily only buy from Amazon - again, this is the app for you.
I’m going to have to switch back to Route or maybe try AfterShip myself, though. Just don't want to pay for an app that makes me work harder than ones I don't have to pay for, you know? 🥲

App já foi excelente, mas atualmente só serve praticamente para compras do Amazon. Não reconhece mais vários códigos de rastreamentos.
Poderia implementar rastreio automático para o Mercado Livre, AliExpress, Shopee, Ebay, Jadlog e outras transportadoras, como outros app similares!

My Go-To Delivery Tracker for Years!
This app has been improved steadily over the years and I love using it. Very tidy, with an IOS version and a MAC OS version that interfaces. This is one of my favorite apps regardless of type.

So, ich kann meine Bewertung wieder auf drei Sterne erhöhen. Den Fehler mit den Track Meldungen auf Englisch habe ich selbst gefunden, falls es jemanden interessiert. Bei der Paketdienst Auswahl nicht DPD Germany wählen, sondern DPD Group. Dann kommen die Meldungen wieder auf Deutsch.
Dieses App war mal das Beste für die Paket Verfolgung. Leider wird es in letzter Zeit immer schlechter. Trotz Jahresabo mit angeblich unbegrenzter Paketmenge hat der Entwickler die Stückzahl ohne Preisnachlass auf 100 Pakete pro Anbieter Monat begrenzt. Seit dem letzten Update stimmt der Inhalt der Push Meldungen auch nicht mehr sinngemäß mit den Meldungen vom Originalpaket Versender überein. Das ist der schwerwiegende Teil der Verschlechterung. Man kann gar nicht mehr nachvollziehen in welchem Stadium sich das Paket genau befindet. Auch auch die Teilen Funktion über WhatsApp oder SMS funktioniert nicht mehr einwandfrei. Es wird weder die Sendungsnummer angezeigt noch die letzte Meldung, wo sich das Paket befindet. Also eigentlich ist das auch nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Der Entwickler reagiert leider auf Bitten diese Fehler zu korrigieren überhaupt nicht. Sobald das alles wieder korrigiert ist und funktioniert, gibt es auch wieder fünf Sterne.

Would give 5 star but just missing one key functionality for me
Excellent app, really useful. However, I think it would be really useful if the app could look at the Mail app and know and add delivery information by itself. Not sure if this is possible but would be amazing instead of manually putting it in. Cheers.

Been using Parcel for several years now. Phenomenal tool for keeping tabs on all my deliveries. Auto sync with Amazon is also a huge plus. 10/10, user for life
