Cannot Add Card - Minimal info without payment
I use OKAssesor religiously as an agent and enjoy it. However I am rather unimpressed with the capability of this app. Property located easily but all of the info I need is hidden behind a credit system. Upon trying unsuccessfully to add my card to the account 5 different times so that I can pay for my credits, I’m finished with the app. When you click “add” after filling out card info it just kicks back to the same page as before with no card info added. Beyond aggravating. If this issue was fixed I would recommend it highly.

Yep I now understand why this app is free! Disclaimer says not all states available. Ok I get that, but what it should say is ONLY 10 states available. Only gave it one star because 0 stars wasn’t an option.

We apologize for not having the state you are looking for. It is our hope to eventually be able to purchase the information from all local governments as soon as possible. Although, it is a difficult task to acquire this type of information.
Cool App
I found this free app to very useful. I am able to verify my fair market value for free and be able to compare my value to my neighbors. Plus, I purchased credits to verify that the Assessor is taxing my property correctly. Thanks for the free app!
