Only works 25% of time
I am really not sure what is up with this app. I got it years ago and also paid for the premium since it is only $3 one time and not a horrible subscription model that more modern apps have moved to. However that is also the issue. I’m more modern apps. It seems this is sadly abandonware with the last update coming about 5 years ago! I will have to do research but I will likely move to a different app soon.
When the app works, it works. The tracking is really nice and it has all the updates your package goes through. But it seems to work for me only 25% of the time. No idea why. Other 75%, it doesn’t get the data for some reason. At first I thought it was just international issues maybe? Like an anime order from Japan post or something imported from Australia or Canada? But no! It’s about a 50/50 on those too. My friend in Japan sent me something using Japan post, tracking worked! I order from a Japanese company, also Japan post, didn’t work. I order from a Canadian on eBay, doesn’t work with Canada post or ups. I order from Australia, Australian post and ups, it works. Domestic Amazon orders with ups, doesn’t work. Domestic orders with other Americans on eBay or other small businesses that aren’t Amazon, usps or ups, 50/50 works. What is wrong with this thing??? Thankfully again the old app purchases were only a one time thing and not a subscription model so I didn’t lose too much by just paying $3. But man, there’s gotta be better more updated apps out there. If you read this, save your time and $3!!! Just disappointed :(

No longer works
This app was great for a long time, but it no longer seems to function. No matter the carrier, it never update updates from “no tracking data” and “pending status information.”
App doesn’t track anything
This app used to be legit. I’m not sure what happened but it doesn’t seem to track anything anymore. It doesn’t matter who the carrier is, it just says “No tracking data” for everything and it will never update.
Stopped working in US!
I paid for the premium version and it stopped working! I emailed the developer and got an undeliverable response! Don’t waste your time or money!
Garbage!
This app doesn’t ever find info on UPS packages! Always just says “Pending status information”, even after the package gets delivered!
I sure wouldn’t pay money for this app when it fails to function properly!!
