Something wrong!! STILL!!!!

I love this game but there is an issue with the “win/lose streak” pop up won’t let me select “lose streak” and continue playing. I then have to wait multiple days for the timer to run out. Incredibly annoying and I haven’t been able to play for days. PLEASE FIX THIS!! I’ve also emailed.
