Debit card delay
I have been waiting on a replacement debit card for over three months of total inconvenience, no one is taking any action to get to the bottom of this situation, I have patiently waited, politely inquired about my card fur different times. each time I get have you checked your mail? As if I’m the one that’s slack here. I’m not, and going into the fifth month with having ma debit card, I’m beyond aggravated, I had a negative balance during this time that, ordinarily I would have made a knock deposit to take care of the problem for a problem I will charge the $30 I was charged for the overdraft fee. you guys ever thought about where the new look investing in the software where you can make his card debit card on the spot. Given to the customer that day like most other banks. I must wait another three days eels before I’ll have my card, that is stretching it out to almost a half a year. I say that like I’m actually Believe its gonna come this time. Sent this out as partners most frustrating customer.

Buggy: Terrible remote Deposit functionality, doesn’t work

Terrible at remote deposits. Doesn’t work. The developer has evidently attempted to use AI to determine whether a check image is endorsed correctly. Flat out awful.

Update is nice, mobile deposit a challenge
The new look is very nice. The mobile deposit is very finicky. I used to be able to take the front and back picture, submit and it would go thru. Now it works about 25% of the time. I follow the instructions and try different lighting.

Love the updates! Super easy and user friendly with exception of mobile deposit, that is a little finicky. It has taken me several attempts each time even though I have followed all of the steps and have met all the requirements needed, bad lighting maybe?
Way better!
The old app was ok but really hard to use quickly. This new app is way faster at getting you to where you need. I’d say comparable to apps of larger banks like Huntington.
