Engañan con los tiempos de atención

Realizó el pedido 1:48pm y 2:33pm paso a recoger el pedido y no está listo, cuando en la aplicación indican que se puede recoger en 20 minutos, que engaño.

Hola acabo de actualizar la aplicación para iOS y se está colgando la aplicación por favor deben de probar en todos los dispositivos llenos últimas versiones para evitar que se cuelguen a pesar de ello llamaré por teléfono para hacer mi pedido muchas gracias
