Beta software and apple interface

You have to wait for few days for app to sync and it randomly crashes

The solution board is also bugged when working with the Tablet

Progress Doesn’t Update

I contacted them about me not being able to see my child’s progress in the app. They said it takes 24 hours to update but mine hasn’t updated in 18 days.

I can’t get ANY help finding the app for the Tacto Coding game. Help

I have emailed and have waited in line with a bot for a chat, and had called to get help but no one answers… I just need the app for the new Tacto Coding game I bought for my grandson. But I cannot find it here on the App Store. Where can I find it? HELP

Great community

I have been using the Parent a hub for awhile now and I love the community they have created. It’s a safe place for parents to share and ask questions. I feel comfortable posting and love that feedback comes from parents of all walks of life.

Great app for all Parents

I’ve been using the App for a couple of months now and there is always such insightful posts and conversations happening everyday. I’m able to interact with real parents going through the same trials and tribulations as me, and have gained a lot of knowledge and many tips about how other people are managing certain situations at home.

We love playshifu and bought most of their products. I feel so lucky to have found this great app while browsing the games. I can ask any kind of my question there or just share what I experienced freely. With this app I felt that I am not alone and what I am experiencing is all about parenting and normal.

This is such a wonderful app!

I am a mother of two, and I really haven’t found many resources where I can find/meet other parents that I feel comfortable discussing day to day parenting with. I have been apart of this group for over a month now, and it has been AMAZING! It is full of parenting tips and skills, mutual struggles, and support like I have never seen. This really is a great parenting app, and I am so happy we found it!

Parent Hub Community

I really enjoy the parenting hub community. Parents share parenting tips and parenting skills. This is a nice parenting app that we can connect with other parents who use similar tools as us!

Unique place for sensible discussions

I like the fact that this app isn’t another social app with only happy posts and pictures around. I saw many meaningful discussions around tough topics that are usually avoided. I like the fact that I can post a topic anonymously and get thoughts of other parents. Fully recommend.

Fantastic Parenting App!

I’ve downloaded this and joined their community of parents, and it’s been a fantastic help. I can ask questions to the community and answer others’ questions with my own experiences, and have found so many useful parenting tips to help improve my parenting skills.
I think this parenting app is a must for all parents looking to be part of a likeminded community!

Great platform for parents!

This is a parenting app where parents can share parenting tips, ask questions, chat, and just enjoy a judgement free zone. It’s a great place to share and add to one’s own parenting skills!

I can’t see either of my child insights

UPDATE: The app did finally update and i was able to see their progress. I wish it had a bit more details but it’s works. I usually sit near them anyways in case they have questions. I updated my star review since I was able to view both of their reports and get some idea of how they were doing.

This app has a lot of potential but the app only updated the first time my boys played the app. Nothing else has been updated. It asked me if I wanted to read with my child’s latest report and I clicked yes but it never changed. It doesn’t even show a profile for my other child. Kinda make the app useless and I would love to be able to track both of their progress like I’m supposed to be able to do. Please fix this

Needs much continuous improvement. You should be able to adjust the difficulty settings from the App. There is a delay between when activities are being completed and when they are transmitted/mirrored in the App. I don’t trust they are correct either - it may be due to the lag in transmission. You should be able to see from the App what activity is being engaged on the iPad. My son appreciated everything Plugo has to offer and I hope you can improve on the parent support part of it.
