My parents put this on my iPad and iPhone and it mixes up my app arrangement and slows down my phone.

Im 9 years old and my mom told me i can delete Child lock but when my apps were still locked and i don’t know how to unlock it . And i really hope my parents can fix it ,although if the owner or you’re reading this pls give me some tips you think it may work thank you !

I don’t see the point of this app
As the child who needs to deal with this app I think it’s very annoying. I have a set screen time meaning that if I am listening to music on my phone I need to stop
Just because I ran out of time. Also I feel like the most random YouTube videos get blocked and it is just so frustrating and lastly I don’t know what things my guardian placed on and off, I get no clue. Anyways these are just what I think about all this because I feel like most of the comments are from adults who don’t understand what bother they are putting on their child!

ok so i went and downloaded it for myself but a lil bit later i didn’t really like how it was set up. so i deleted it. but now all my social media and every game on my phone is blocked out i don’t know how to restart my iphone bc im still kinda new to it. my safari isn’t working. idk what to do

I have had this app for a few months now and I tried deleting it and when I did half of my apps were still locked even tho I already deleted it.Do not get this app it will ruin ur phone.stupid app🤦♀️😤😡.
Good when it works…
The concept of the app is great, unfortunately the app itself is shockingly unreliable. We’ve had the premium tier for almost a month now and have had to remove and reinstall, from both children’s devices weekly. It is VERY buggy and frequently doesn’t allocate additional time remotely or directly in the device. It sends unsafe text alerts that are often incorrect. It has removed location sharing from both parent and child devices multiple times so has to be reconnected. It needs a tonne of dev work and until that’s done the app won’t be fit for purpose. I wish we hadn’t wasted money paying for the annual subscription as it’s not worth the cost considering how unreliable it it.

i deleted the app and bookmark and it still took away my screentime. left me with no way to give myself more screentime

Can’t uninstall!
I cannot seem to fully remove this app from my devices. The advanced features continues to control my devices even though i deleted my account and removed the app. It’s also very difficult to get support to help me.
So many issues
I have used this app for almost a year now. It’s not perfect, but it was working well for a while. However, there was an update about a month ago that has made this app essentially useless and a huge headache. The time limit settings are just not working consistently at all. The internet connectivity is inconsistent and often doesn’t work. Multiple times a day I have to turn off the VPN setting and connect their device to the internet before the VPN turns back on. This is incredibly inconvenient. This connectivity issue is also why the time limits aren’t working consistently. I’ve asked for assistance multiple times with no success. Then was told there would be a fix and new update. Waited several days with nothing. Then when I asked about it they said “oh the update didn’t fix the problem, there’s no fix.”
I’m about to delete the app, ask for a prorated refund, and find an alternative.

Good app probably best for younger kids
This app does what it says it will do and it does it pretty well. I’ve mostly been happy with it, but it is super problematic. If you don’t have Wi-Fi for example, if you were on an airplane, the airline portal Pages to connect to Wi-Fi our blocked and if you don’t have Wi-Fi and the amount of time, a child is allowed runs out you can’t update without Wi-Fi how much time they get an extend it so it can be very problematic to be on an airplane, which is where we use the iPads the most. They really need to figure out a solve for that because I just end up having to put the whole app in parent mode on airplanes and let them use it that way.

App nulle
J’avais à la base le but de réduire mon temps d’écran puis je me suis retrouver surpris lorsque lappli a enlever toute mes applications pour les remettre dans le désordre alors que je les avais bien trier.
Suite à sa j’ai « rangé « dans les grande ligne mais surtout remit en ordre les app que j’utilise le plus et j’ai aussi supprimer lapplie pour que sa ne se reproduise pas. Et se matin à mon réveille qu’elle fut ma stupéfaction que lapplie avais refais surface sans mon consentement et retour casser sur mon téléphone c contre ma vonlonter de la supprimer. Est ce même possible de la supprimer car quand je cherche je ne la trouve plus mais j’ai très peur qu’elle revienne tous cassé, encor.

Whenever the parent made a change it would take forever to process on the child’s phone, and sum times it would even glitch and not let sum change and get stuck like that

No help no cross-device control
I sat on the human help chat for 45 minutes with no response. Devices are separate so you can’t manage time across both. Deleting.
