Absolutely awful
We use this app for our family very briefly. When you paused, the phones for my kids, they would lock up and it would be hard to unpause them. It was a big headache. Further, I canceled the service in November 2025. I had written confirmation of the cancellation and they said they would not charge my credit card again. However, then they charged my card again and said I renewed. I disputed this with my credit card of which they gave information to them saying I did renew. Very hard up for money these people. Very difficult and the customer service gives false information. They want you to wait 15 to 20 days for a refund and in hopes that you forget about it because they won’t give it to you. At least that’s my experience. Find another app. There has to be a better option.

Ne marche pas
A fuir, ne marche pas et prélèvement annuel automatique, impossible d’annuler ou se faire rembourser, les mails (automatiques) sont les mêmes sans cesse : la « Billing team » s’occupe du remboursement et de l’annulation et rien ne se passe… bref faire opposition à sa carte si on veut arrêter l’abonnement…

Horrible app and worse customer service
I did a trial of this app three years ago. The app NEVER worked on my phone or my kids, and when I would reach out to customer service they were completely incapable of helping. It was the same generic answer each time, even when I said I already tried the fix they were suggesting. To make it worse, they continue to charge me annually and refuse to refund despite confirming they see my cancellation from THREE years ago. Every time I reach out they apologize for the inconvenience and say a refund will be issued in 6-10 working days. We started that game 4 months ago. Every time I follow up, it’s the exact same response.

Avoid-can’t get refund
App didn’t work on my daughter’s phone so I got a refund and cancelled service. 1 year later they charged me for another year. They agreed to refund me on 6 March. More than 2 months later I am still waiting despite repeated promises of refund.
