Horrible app and worse customer service
I did a trial of this app three years ago. The app NEVER worked on my phone or my kids, and when I would reach out to customer service they were completely incapable of helping. It was the same generic answer each time, even when I said I already tried the fix they were suggesting. To make it worse, they continue to charge me annually and refuse to refund despite confirming they see my cancellation from THREE years ago. Every time I reach out they apologize for the inconvenience and say a refund will be issued in 6-10 working days. We started that game 4 months ago. Every time I follow up, it’s the exact same response.

Appli installée en novembre 2024 et désinstallé quelques semaines plus tard car ne fonctionne pas et ce malgré des heures passées avec le tchat. Jamais dédommagée et en novembre 2025 j’ai été prélevée de nouveau. J’ai écris des dizaines de fois pour être remboursée et on m’a toujours répondu (Mike - Olivia…. Ce sont des robots je pense) que j’allais être remboursée mais jamais rien n’est venu ! A fuir !

Absolute scam of a company
Purchased this time last year on a deal, did not work as advertised, and thinking i was on a 3 day free trial I requested a refund, they responded, and I quote, “Upon reviewing your account details, it appears that you opted for the Upgrade, which means you have taken advantage of the discount offer. In this case, you are not eligible for a three-day free trial and will be charged immediately.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. However, please note that we are unable to provide a refund due to our No Refund Policy on discounted offers”. When I asked for the copy of this policy I was taken to a broken link.
I asked for my account to be closed and my credit card details removed. They said this would take between 15-21 working days. Stupidly I completely forgot about it and a year later was charged $146.86NZD for the annual subscription for an account I don’t have anymore! Their “dashboard“ gives you no way to manage your account, to cancel your subscription you HAVE to email them, then you get computer generated responses saying the same thing. I have now had to cancel my credit card and will dispute the transaction with my bank as I have absolutely zero faith in this company. It’s a complete scam and should not be available on the App Store.

Will not cancel
I started using the app in 2021. Worked ok at first. But then decided to cancel a few years later. This is the third year in a row I’ve had to dispute charges because they keep charging my PayPal account. Now I’m writing this review and doing what I can to report on them. Do not subscribe!
Horrible
I use the app for 12 hours and asked to cancel my subscription and delete my account. They sent me an email saying that they did when I asked for my refund because I only use the app for not even 24 hours. They said it would be issued to me in 24 hours I went back-and-forth for six months and never received the initial refund fast-forward to a year later I got charged a yearly subscription fee come to find out they never canceled my account and they are still charging me yearly fees. It is impossible to speak to anyone. They will not provide a phone number. They do not provide proof that your account is actually deleted - how these people still have my information a year later is scary. I strongly advise against purchasing anything with this app. There is Little to know customer support you only received robot automated emails back with reassurance that they’re taking care of the issue when clearly they are not. Save yourself the aggravation and a headache. Do not even entertain the fact of this app horrible zero stars if I could give it.

Awful service and product
This product does not deliver what is promised and does not provide most of features it claims. When contacting customer service, you are fobbed off rather than taking any action to resolve issues. I cancelled this app 18 months ago and they have still taken money out of my account for the last two years and not refunded me. It’s an absolute con!

Stole my Money - Fraudulent
I was charged my annual subscription fee after I had already cancelled the previous year, and had proof of my cancellation. Been trying to get my refund for more than 30 days with no luck. They customer support provides the same email address and I was told there is no phone number to the company. This company is a scam . Do not give them your money or card information.

Avoid!!!
While using the app this was great and done what I needed at the time, my issue come at cancellation after they had taken another years subscription from my account, I emailed to ask for a refund as I hadn’t used the app all year and had no intention of using it and was no longer requiring the subscription, I have emailed and emailed with promises the billing team are alerted and payment will be within days - I still have no money or correspondence from the billing dept

Excellent product
Excellent product; I utilized it for my preteen for some time. He is now leaving for college. I used it until he turned 16 to primarily manage his screen time. The app is user-friendly and straightforward to set up. I recommend it.

This app doesn’t work as they claim, the app cannot block a specific app, kids can uninstall their app, cannot stop the kid’s device completely, etc…..And I ask the customer support, they then tell me that many features are not available to iOS device. Even worst, they don’t refund, I ask for a refund right after I got reply from customer support (within 2 hrs from I download the app and make a purchase to premium). The website clearly say 3 days free trial and refund within 15 days of a purchase, but they said I am using an upgrade discount, so the refund policy is not applicable, they refuse to refund. This app shouldn’t available on App Store, this app is not working, they are not willing to refund it. Totally SCAM!!!! Don’t try!!! Don’t buy!!!!
I have been chasing for the refund for almost 5 months, the CS keep telling me it is in progress but NO refund has been done. Very BAD experience, everything from this company is a LIE. DON’T BUY. It’s a SCAM!!!!

Non of the advertised functionality exists - so not buy.
After installing this app, we discovered that non of the functions exist on Apple . We contacted support who admitted the same - they blamed Apple. They agreed to refund us but after 3 broken promises , we have still yet to receive our money back. This should be removed from the App Store. Do Not buy

They won’t stop stealing my money
I am so upset. I canceled my free trial. I was shocked when they took $29 from me. I live chatted several times- they won’t even consider canceling it…even though I already had. Woke up to a schedule for more money from my bank!! Someone help!

Not that the app was great to begin with but I used it to shut down apps as needed on my child’s phone but once she got mad and deleted their app or messed with the settings no matter how many times you troubleshoot it will never work right again, not even location. Then when you try to cancel they just keep charging you and say they have sent it to the billing department for review even after you haven’t used it for a year. Also raised the price on the annual subscription without notice and just charged it
