Very glitchy app
The app would lock up several times would have to continuously update it to get it to work again. Put it on a second phone and that phone could not get online with cellular data or with the Internet had to delete the out completely before the phone would get online again this out may work for some people, but it did not for me. I would recommend looking for a different app.

Can’t install on iPad
Every time I try, I get stuck in an update loop. I can’t control the iPad the way I can a MacBook. I follow the instructions to get nowhere. Guess it doesn’t support iPads.
Technical issues with the app
Paid for a year and installed this app in the device for monitoring. Despite that the monitoring was not active and we were facing technical issues. Contacting support was a bizarre experience as it was responded by AI. Within a span of 10 days had to go through many issues with this app. My refund request was turned down by both famisafe AI and Apple. Stay away from it as this doesn’t work and functional most of the time

Terrible
During setup my kids apps were swapped, yet their messages and browser history was accurate. It eased apps off devices and requires a computer to track to messages and app limits. HORRIBLE
Try It Free Charged Me $85!
Don’t install this! I hit the “try it free “button and it charged me $85 immediately. There was no trial period. I can’t even get it installed on my son’s phone. I want a refund!
