Terrible
During setup my kids apps were swapped, yet their messages and browser history was accurate. It eased apps off devices and requires a computer to track to messages and app limits. HORRIBLE
Try It Free Charged Me $85!
Don’t install this! I hit the “try it free “button and it charged me $85 immediately. There was no trial period. I can’t even get it installed on my son’s phone. I want a refund!
Terrible AI customer Support
This app was a total fail. Spent hours trying make this app work. There are no real people to talk to for help. The help constantly gave the most basic answers. So much for believing the reviews about this being a great app. We closed our account and probably won’t get a refund.
Horrible
This app stopped working shortly after I got it. It showed my son’s phone in the app, but none of the monitoring information I paid for. It showed only demo information and prompted me to buy it, but I had already paid for a year. My son’s phone said your parent haven’t purchased a plan.
I went back and forth with this company in emails having to prove the app wasn’t working. I sent multiple emails with pictures, but they kept asking for proof…. Which I gave them repeatedly.
After asking for a refund twice, I went through Apple and got a refund. This was a terrible experience.

Horrible app
Never able to install this properly, blocked everything randomly and deleted certain functions or settings on phones. Technical help is not helpful they send you list of steps copy pasted from what’s already written that you’ve already tried several times. Impossible to talk with someone or to have any real help. Also cannot find place to cancel subscription on the app. I figured this was a scam and from what I am reading here I am right.
