Very glitchy app
The app would lock up several times would have to continuously update it to get it to work again. Put it on a second phone and that phone could not get online with cellular data or with the Internet had to delete the out completely before the phone would get online again this out may work for some people, but it did not for me. I would recommend looking for a different app.

Can’t install on iPad
Every time I try, I get stuck in an update loop. I can’t control the iPad the way I can a MacBook. I follow the instructions to get nowhere. Guess it doesn’t support iPads.
Technical issues with the app
Paid for a year and installed this app in the device for monitoring. Despite that the monitoring was not active and we were facing technical issues. Contacting support was a bizarre experience as it was responded by AI. Within a span of 10 days had to go through many issues with this app. My refund request was turned down by both famisafe AI and Apple. Stay away from it as this doesn’t work and functional most of the time

Terrible
During setup my kids apps were swapped, yet their messages and browser history was accurate. It eased apps off devices and requires a computer to track to messages and app limits. HORRIBLE
Try It Free Charged Me $85!
Don’t install this! I hit the “try it free “button and it charged me $85 immediately. There was no trial period. I can’t even get it installed on my son’s phone. I want a refund!

Assinei o plano anual e em vez de descontar mensalmente como descrido na ação do contrato, o valor foi debitado de forma integral e não consigo cancelar a assinatura nem no app e nem diretamente com o banco. O suporte é horrível!

Não é simples
Difícil de configurar minha filha tem 15 anos e não quero que grave a tela do celular dela o tempo todo. E não consigo remover já faz seis meses que paguei o aplicativo e não consigo usar no celular dela. E não consigo ajuda do suporte.

Terrible AI customer Support
This app was a total fail. Spent hours trying make this app work. There are no real people to talk to for help. The help constantly gave the most basic answers. So much for believing the reviews about this being a great app. We closed our account and probably won’t get a refund.
Horrible
This app stopped working shortly after I got it. It showed my son’s phone in the app, but none of the monitoring information I paid for. It showed only demo information and prompted me to buy it, but I had already paid for a year. My son’s phone said your parent haven’t purchased a plan.
I went back and forth with this company in emails having to prove the app wasn’t working. I sent multiple emails with pictures, but they kept asking for proof…. Which I gave them repeatedly.
After asking for a refund twice, I went through Apple and got a refund. This was a terrible experience.

Horrible app
Never able to install this properly, blocked everything randomly and deleted certain functions or settings on phones. Technical help is not helpful they send you list of steps copy pasted from what’s already written that you’ve already tried several times. Impossible to talk with someone or to have any real help. Also cannot find place to cancel subscription on the app. I figured this was a scam and from what I am reading here I am right.

it completely cut off internet access even though there were no restrictions set to do that. it also deleted vpns. my phone is barely usable, i can’t connect to the internet at all.
Finally found a balance
I didn’t want to lock everything down, just set some reasonable boundaries. This app helped me do exactly that. It works across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, which was a big concern for me. Feels like a good middle ground.
Not complicated, easy to use
I’ve tried other parental apps that felt too technical, lots of report and data and alerts and super expensive. This one is more straightforward. I mostly stick to the daily report and learn everything I need to know. Easy to digest.
Practical and easy to use
I’m not super tech-savvy, so I needed something simple but effective. This app was easy to set up and does exactly what I need—monitor activity and block certain content. My son still gets to use his laptop for learning, and I feel more in control without being too strict.
Helpful for school routine
We set up a geofence for school and home. I get a notification when my son arrives or leaves. It’s simple but saves me from texting him all the time. I don't want my son just go somewhere after school and no where to be find. We need some rules here.
