Not receiving notifications
Not receiving notifications as well as documents are not opening properly. Not able to see media.
Highly underdeveloped.
No notifications for iOS devices. The UI is very basic and not interactive. Lot of lag.
Suggestion for Developer: Rename it as “Pathetic”
One star for the sake of writing review. The app doesn’t deserve any star. Don’t know what (may be the cost) compelled my kid’s school to choose this piece of garbage. No other option for me but to live with it.
No notifications in IPhone
No notifications and not so user friendly while navigation. Need to check manually every time.

All good except Notifications. We need notifications for any new announcements.

Have been trying reset password since a very long time however it just says we will update you shortly but till date haven’t recd any password on the registered number

Notification settings are all on. Still not receiving notifications. The last update of the app is 1 year back. Please update the app with fixes.

This is the worst app ever I have came across. It’s full of Bugs.
Firstly there are no notifications from the Application itself although they come in Androids.
Secondly Once you log out by mistake you can’t login back.
Being the School App Developer, The Person should be much more responsible and carter to the needs and problems of the people.

Not working with IOS
We are not able to Login in IOS. Please revert, it’s urgent can’t able to see my son school homework.
Cannot login
Unfortunately logged out the app again I couldn’t able to login,even though password is correct I try to re-instal but no use.

Overall it’s a very good app, but tomorrow by mistake I clicked on the logout button and now I am trying to login with same id and password but I can’t login. When I click on the login button after entering the id and passwords it just loads and then shuts off.

Great app but no notifications
I really like this app. This is really helpful for us. The sign in process is to easy! 1 star less for no notifications. Not a single notification comes! We need to check it regularly. Other things are great. But an improvement should be there for the users for the notifications.
No Notifications in iPhone
Though the notifications are enabled in settings, I am not getting any notification at all in my iPhone XS

Notifications are coming in announcements even after repeated upgrades.

What ??:(( , this app isn’t even working , I entered the password and the mobile number given to me by my school , but this app doesn’t even go inside , it just keeps loading and loading. It is so frustrating!!!!!.
