Can’t login my own ac
This app is a absolutely terrible. I can’t login my account after change my new phone. It jumps to registration page when I click login. And it keep saying my phone number has been used. Yes! That’s me!!!!!!!! What a stupid UI design!!!!!!!!!!!
Phone has already been in used
This is funny, i logged out and when i log in again, it needs to verify everything, and after inputting my phone number, it shows phones has already been in used and can’t login. I don’t wanna share my facebook or Apple ID

Please allow log in via Phone number. Once app is deleted, you can no longer log in, your number will be already in use, but no email will work as log in. I see other people are having this issue. It’s been a month. Please for the love of god, do something about it.

Apple Wallet Rewards Option Missing
The app says that rewards can be added to Apple Wallet, but there is no option anywhere in the app to do this. I checked all sections and settings and couldn’t find it. This is confusing and disappointing, especially since it’s advertised as a feature. Please either fix the issue or update the app description to reflect what’s actually available.If you want it shorter, more polite, or more critical to justify the star rating, I can adjust it quickly.

can't login with old account or merge or sign up
merge is impossible says my number is taken but its my number i signed up before with then it gets stuck on that page no back button and i reinstalled the app same issue can't login to the app at all because it says my number is taken and i tried to reset but no reset email checked spam too this app needs an update

Loyalty program lacking
Points expire so quickly. Starbucks and other programs give enough time - if you don’t eat at Paris Baguette at least once a week, good luck with being able to accrue and redeem anything at all.

I created an account but then deleted and reinstalled the app, now I can’t access my account on the app as it is saying my phone number is already taken. Please fix this issue

We purchase the same jumbo twisted donut, matcha mochi and very berry pastry that made our Sunday perfect with this not too sweet but enjoyable pastry that we're going to hangout every free time at the mall.

Got a new phone and have to log back in but it says my phone number is already in use. It doesn’t even let you go back to the previous page 😭…
Can’t log in because my phone number is in use
Created an account then had to remove and reinstall the app and now I can no longer login because there is an error message that my phone number is in use. Good app but until this error is fixed I can’t actually use it.
Phone number already used when register
Hi, I deactivated my Facebook linked account days ago, the confirmation email said all my info will be deleted from system. But when I tried to register again with my another email today, it said my phone number already being used and I cannot register again. So my info is not deleted actually, can you fix this issue? Or is there anything we can reactivate the account if you have to keep our phone number?
