free what?
I scanned a QR code in the store in order to get text messages that told me I had a free item and sent me a link where I couldn’t get the free item from the cashier in front of me. I was told to get the app which I did which wouldn’t finish installing. Asked me to sign up. Would not let me sign up with Apple login for no reason that I gave an error code for. Then I paid for my entire order now it has a camera to scan a QR code and I have to pull up my receipt receipts. Save them to my Google Photos and scan the QR codes using my phones camera against my laptop. I guess that’s why the employees weren’t suggesting people sign up. They also could offer no help whatsoever.

Every time I come in the consistency of quality in the product and service is refreshing. I hope to make it back to Paris later this year but if not, it’s nice to be able to pick up some of my favorite pastries here. Merci beaucoup!

Trash App still
Once you log out from the app you will never be able to log back in. Delicious cafe but the worst app, user experience is one of the worst I’ve encountered. It’s been months since I’ve been able to log in. There is zero help and the app will frustrate you to no end. Not worth it
