Scam - Nothing works
Impossible to download tickets or reservations. You have to call and wait for hours to receive information and pdf tickets to your email. Hours lost, better buy tickets directly in the museums or activities.

The app is impossible. They have a no refund policy which is awful because it doesn’t work and you don’t know that until you get there.

Lamentable alors que j’avais fait une pré réservation avec un mail de confirmation ma réservation a été annulée de mon pass . Impossible de les joindre malgré un numéro de téléphone sur leurs sites. « le numéro que vous avez composé n’existe pas ».

Does not work - tries to get you to pay for tours you’ve already paid for!

App doesn’t work
If I could give it zero stars, I would. App doesn’t work. I scans the QR code fine but booking attractions just hangs and never refreshes. Getting a hold of customer service is impossible. I hope I didn’t waste $300 on 5 passes.
Scam - don’t buy
I tried to use the Paris pass for my most recent trip. It worked for 2/3 of the attractions I visited but the zoological park didn’t accept my ticket as they said it was invalid. They recommended I get a refund on my pass so I contacted the Paris Pass customer service. After several weeks I got a reply acknowledging that I was owed a refund and that it would be coming shortly but it never came. Followed up with them multiple times with no reply. Do not buy this pass!

It does not work. Staff at Eiffel Tower did say they do not know this pass. We had to pay twice. It’s a scam.

J’ai perdu beaucoup d’argent en achetant 3 pass
à 99 euros (5 activités)
Je n’ai pu faire que les bateaux mouche, activité à 15 euros.
J’ai payé l’entrée du Louvre (très pratique a prendre sur place en fait) et qui ne coûte que 15 euros car impossible de récupérer une entrée avec le pass à la date souhaitée.
J’ai réalisé en étant à Paris que ces pass n’avaient aucune utilité pour les 2 jeunes qui m’accompagnaient pour lesquels tous les musées étaient gratuits.
Pour la Tour Eiffel, aucun créneau disponible dans les délais pour récupérer un billet alors que nous étions devant les guichets !!!
C’est grave nul, passez votre chemin !!!

Tickets don’t help you skip the actual line.
Confusing, we were unable to book the Louvre or Eiffel using this pass. And the tickets we did book only enabled you to jump the ‘ticket’ line .. not security.. so still a long wait at many of the museum/ monuments
Worst offer ever
I honestly don’t see the point of this pass. It is cheaper to buy the tickets separately. It was 15-20 EUR extra cost for us each to buy the pass compared if we would have bought each tickets. Contrary to the information they put on the website and in the app, you cannot modify the reservation time, although you could if you bought the tickets separately. This cost an extra 20 EUR for each of us as well. And also you cannot make the reservations in the app directly in every case. There is also lots of bugs in the application. This pass was a nightmare for us.

Absolute false information
We wanted to change the reserved date for the Louvre Museum 1 month before the date, because we had the rights to change 48 hours before date but they didn’t allow that!!!! Not worth this city pass!!!

Very slow and unresponsive, showing 0/3 instead of 0/5 like I paid for. I regret purchasing the ticket because the mobile app feels like an after thought. Paris can do better than this.
App is not user friendly
I work in tech and have difficulty navigating this app. I loaded three different passes, one of which is different. It is impossible to book attractions for the different passes as it only shows options for one and there is no way to show options for the remaining pass even after highlighting the pass. With some attractions you have to send a message to book the attraction. I sent a message several weeks ago and still have not gotten a response despite the fact that my trip is quickly approaching. Further I have sent several messages to Paris J’taime and have not received a response. I don’t know what to do once I get to Paris if my requested attractions haven’t been booked. Finding a phone number for them is impossible. I will never purchase this pass or use this app again!

Worthless
Terrible. You only need reservations at the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. The other things save you from standing in line the buy a ticket. However for the louve and the tower you cannot make reservations more than 48 hours in advance. Which was not stated in the website prior to purchase. When we arrived at the tower for our reservation we were told that the QR code wasn’t accepted and discovered that the tickets had never been sent to us. We could have just purchased the tickets online. No one at any of the places even know what Paris pass was. It did work for everything but the Louvre and the tower but the cost did not equal the value of what we received.
