The Paris Yoga app is amazing! 🌟🌟 The new update has everything you could possibly ask for. The recipes are super easy to follow and they taste amazing. There is such a wide range of classes to choose from and I love the way you can take the app anywhere with you. I start each day on the app doing a class and it sets me up for the perfect day 💖💖💖

I take it on holiday ,I use it after work I used this App through times I wasn’t able to go out because of the pandemic. This App is like a friend in my pocket . This App has helped me stay calm through yoga movement and breath and wind down after a stressful day at work with Paris’s calming reassuring meditation helping me drift off into a good nights sleep. This App has helped me grow my confidence. This App with the new update and amazing teachers is like a retreat.
