The Parish Larder Merchant app is for the small producers, bakers, butchers, brewers and growers who sell physical goods on Parish Larder.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Accept online orders the moment they land.
• Track every order through the picking, packing, out-for-delivery and delivered stages.
• Manage your full catalogue — add products, set variants, photos, prices, ingredients, allergens, batches and best-before dates.
• Manage stock from your phone. Stock-take by scanning, batch-level tracking, low-stock alerts.
• Run a face-to-face point-of-sale at markets and pop-ups. Cash and email-invoice payment links — same Stripe Connect account as your online sales.
• Park a sale mid-checkout while a customer fetches their wallet, resume when they're back.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at end of day with the POS cash-up.
• Run flash sales, group buys, recurring physical produce boxes and coupon codes — all surfaced automatically to local customers.
• Manage in-person events. Sell admission at the door from your phone; scan QR codes to admit attendees.
• Post short Stories from the field — lambing, harvest, kitchen prep — shared to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Nextdoor with UTM attribution so you can see which clips drive sales.
• Send updates to your followers about new products and produce in season.
• Manage your drivers and deliveries — assign routes, watch pins on a live map.
• Stripe Connect Express payouts, daily.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
• Delete your merchant account in-app: Account → Delete account. All products, orders, drivers and payouts are removed via foreign-key cascades on confirmation.

PRICING
The Parish Larder Merchant app is free to use on the Standard tier. Parish Larder takes a commission on each successful order — 10–15% based on monthly order volume. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, with funds paid directly to your business bank account.
Two optional auto-renewable membership tiers unlock more tools, available as Apple In-App Purchases:
• Premium — £29.99 / month. Adds the in-app point-of-sale till, batch + best-before inventory tracking with printable QR labels, ticketed experiences, follower newsletter compose, the gold Premium badge and higher search ranking.
• Platinum — £59.99 / month. Everything in Premium plus the wholesale (B2B) module — set a wholesale discount, surface trade prices to approved cafés, restaurants and box-schemes, and a separate wholesale dashboard.
Both subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and again at the start of each renewal period. You can manage or cancel any time from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
