Update bug
does not let me end session when i want to, i don't even want a refund i just the session to end so i can start a session to park elsewhere.
Doesn’t show every parking spot
I saw a parking lot powered by the same service (Park Mobile) which the app didn’t show and could not use the app to pay for it. I had to scan the barcode on the parking lot’s sign and use Safari instead. I used Pay with Park Mobile’s site and took up space on my iPhone for this not to have helped at all

Does not show on the meter
Your payment does not reflect on the meter. Not sure if parking patrol can even tell if you submitted parking payment but does not show on the meter like the app says.

I understand your concern and apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, not all parking meters are connected to our system and therefore they may not reflect your current parking session. However, I assure you that the parking enforcement companies have access to our system and should be checking it before taking any adverse action.
I will not trust it
I guess I was lucky not to get a parking ticket because even though I paid , the meter still showed 0:00 minutes the whole time! I wish it worked better! I don’t think it can be trusted so I will not use it again in the future. It seems convenient but then again.
Does not work as advertised.
I downloaded the app so I could for parking remotely. The app took my money but did not give time on the meter. When I got to my car the app said I had 19 minutes and the meter said I had zero minutes. I will not trust this app in the future.
Hackable so be careful guys...
This app is hackable so careful when downloading. I was warned that my password and bank info is in potential risk due to recent breach. I will be telling others by word of mouth to think twice about using this app. I work closely with a lawyer and other government officials and so this app is mostly used downtown El Paso. If you cant afford excellent cyber security then shut it down or Ill have it shutdown for you trust me. I dont need some app be the cause of why my hard earned money or social media accounts are gone.

Terrible
This app is terrible. UX and UI are not intuitive. Sign up is painful. No way to extend an existing session. Also the producers of the App, parkmobile had a huge data breach. This is what you get with off the shelf software. Another bad decision by city of El Paso.

Non-functional
I finally decided to get the app and unfortunately it did not work. I parked and the meter had a short amount of time left from the previous car so I got to my location and that’s when I added the max allowed (2 hours). When I got back to my car, the app showed that I had about 35 mins left, but the meter showed 0. I was fortunate enough to not get a ticket but will definitely not rely on this app to pay for a meter, especially when you pay a few cents more for something that doesn’t even work.

⚠️ WARNING! ⚠️
Just used it for the first time. I payed for the time and it said the time would display in the meter but it doesn’t, The meter still reads -0:00. There is a phone number (311) on the meter to call with questions regarding the meter, I called and I was told they are not responsible for the meter, a different company handles the meters.

This App does not work!
Took a trip downtown and was out of change. I dont like to swipe my debit card too much, you know identity theft, so swiping my card on an out in the open meter was out of the question.
Saw the announcement on the meter stating download the Park915 app. Sounded easy enough. Downloaded, added payment method, entered meter number and ... Nothing. Meter read expired, timer was at 0:00 time remaining. App said I had an hour.
Got home to remove my card info from the app, like mentioned before, I dont like my card info floating around in cyberspace and what a chore to remove card info off this app. Had to jump through hoops. You would think that its my card, I should be able to add and remove as I like. App wont allow it.
Either way, after about an hour I removed my card and deleted this app.

Do not trust the app
I only had a couple of quarters so i took info from parking meter to input more time when those quarters ran out. Time ran out they charged me double the amount for using the app which i would not have minded if the app actually worked. When i got to my car the meter said i had 0 time when the app said i still had 30 min. Read the app and it specifies that the meter will show time remaining which it did not. I was lucky i did no get a ticket. Please el paso can we go back to the other app that actually worked???

Charges almost triple the price
For 15 minutes it costs 25 cents for the meter vs 70 cents for using the app. Thats ridiculous

Disappointed
I am so disappointed that this app does not allow any discount after the initial fee. For those of us that gave to work downtown, it is a shame that we have to pay such a large percentage of our earning to parking. This is not like El Paso!

What a shame
This app is horrible compared to the old one. I can no longer renew for 35 cents which means my monthly parking costs will double or possibly triple. This will cost loyal downtown El Paso parkers a lot of money!
It’s also quite ridiculous that the city switched to this app from one day to the next without warning. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I am going to have to find an alternative to this app from here on out.

LOVE IT
Was thrilled to see a new app for parking in El Paso. Previous app was clunky and old, but I love the map view on this app. Also it’s cool that it reflects space availability to help me understand where I can find parking on street. Good decision by city leadership with this app.
