There is no reason on earth why this app needs to hijack control of your screen brightness and force it to maximum. The text fields aren’t recognized as card number or address fields, so auto complete doesn’t work. After all the other red flags, I don’t think I’d trust this developer to store my card number and address securely anyway, so I guess I’ll just pay at the lot and skip the reservation.

Errors when saving credit card
This is the worst app ever. There have been no updates in years. I have tried to update my credit card information multiple times but receive errors. So I deleted the credit card and tried to add a new one, more errors. I have not been able to make a reservation in months due to errors. Therefore I deleted the app multiple times and reloaded but still have not fixed these issues. Y’all need to get it together or we can just park at FastPark or The Parking Spot!

I have an account that I verified online. App will not let you log in. As you have to scan barcode when you arrive or check out I guess they want you to either take a picture of you barcode and hope that works or go old fashioned and print everything out.

Dark mode issues
The app is very hard to use if Dark Mode is turned on. Please fix this.

Attendant yelled at me saying that it ‘only works in daytime mode’. It’s the middle of the day. Maybe he meant it doesn’t work in dark mode? Come on folks. This is not a hard problem to solve.
The App Version: 1.8.0
The app has so many bugs that they are too numerous to mention here. I have been trying to upgrade from 1.7.1 to 1.8.0 for two months and the updated version doesn't install from the App Store. It doesn't seem like the developers want customers to use this app since it won't even update. I just use the website via my phone's browser and that doesn't work very well either. Pretty sad!!!

Terrible. Log in does not work on app from website and the auto brightening is just super annoying.
Unable to register error
Multiple issues when trying to register via app. No info given as to the reason for “unable to register”. Backed out, entered all info again with same result.

Park and Zoom provides a good service - their low is convenient, staff great, and shuttle consistent.
But this app is indescribably bad. It is usually down. Meaning no ability to scan your barcode, no accumulation of points, and no access to the discount feature. In other words - useless.

It gets worse over time
You can’t check out on dark mode. So you have to switch the app to light mode. Most other apps just display a readable barcode or QR ona white background even if in dark mode.
The calendar for choosing dates uses a scroll wheel for each of day month and year. And defaults to 1/1/2000.
Currently you can’t make a reservation as checkin times as well as parking type have no visible controls. And it won’t let you make a reservation without.

Worst app ever
I can’t figure out how such a successful parking business can function with such a crummy app. When I arrive at the airport they want to see the QR code provided by the rezzie- THERE IS NO QR code! There is a bar code and they are quick to say that is not the right one. Please improve your app or we will return to The Parking Spot. They are technically updated!

This app was eay to install and use.
Can’t Reserve Day Of
Can’t reserve a spot the day you are traveling, making whole premise of app worthless.
Does nothing for you.
Download app, register, enter credit card, and make reservation. I selected to valet. No one is there when I arrive, but I walk around and find someone, show my reservation and it really didn’t matter that I had done this on the app. When I return, my car was waiting (that part was excellent, but has nothing to do with the app). When I paid, the app did nothing for me, and their system could not take a credit card. Fortunately I had cash, but this is 2018 and they should let me pay with the app or at least accept ApplePay. Getting reimbursed for cash is a pain. This app was completely useless and a waste of time.

Need back button when view/click on existing reservation
Great App for the convenient airport parking. There is a major flaw in the view upcoming reservation.
When you click on the right arrow on upcoming reservation, there is no back button, and there is NO way to get out this screen without modify or cancel the reservation. (Shutdown the app won’t even get you back to home screen)
I ended up have to “modify” the reservation to just be able to use this app again. App designers, please give user a way back to home, lol

Errors
Registration failed with unknown errors, however I got and mail saying I was registered. Then login fails with unknown errors. If there really are errors, you need to make the app handle them better so the user knows what is wrong.
