Why has the sprayer thing stopped moving on level 45 and you can’t do anything about it?

Basketball field paint is not moving at all
Levels
Didn’t let me move past level one. I played and finished level one but then the truck that had the paint stoped moving. I tried refreshing multiple times and it would not work. 2 stars
Levels
Don’t get me wrong, it is such a fun game but at level 45 it lags so bad I’m stuck in the one spot and no matter how many times I refresh it doesn’t work
