Doesn't seem to work...
The fact that this app says "secure" is absurd. The ONLY information required to enroll a Parkside card is the info printed on the card, and the primary account holder's birthday. So, all anyone needs to do if they find your lost card is look you up on social media, and they now have access to....whatever this app is supposed to give someone access to.
Thankfully, the enrollment process doesn't actually work. Clicking the final "submit" just gives a brief loading pinwheel, then stays on the final info page.
I was excited to see Parkside may be moving into the 1990s in making online payment from other financial institutions possible, but this is an incredible disappointment. Nevermind the fact that I don't want two apps to manage ONE bank's services. I think it may be time to switch to the other local CU, that one named after the town.
