What's New in Park Signal

2026.7.2

July 2, 2026

The biggest Park Signal update yet: • A brand-new app icon — a glass map pin, live signal, and drawn route — plus 4 alternate icons to choose from in Settings, and a new animated opening that fills the whole screen: fly out of a miniature park world, castle and Ferris wheel included, with fireworks overhead, every time you launch. • Day Planner Concierge — build a personalized, hour-by-hour park plan from real wait-time history. Save multi-day plans, pin dining reservations and fixed-time events, and let the plan adjust around them (rain-aware, too). • Ride Reliability grades (Premium) — honest A–F grades for every ride based on real operating history, with 7/30/90-day views and per-ride detail. • Rain Shield & rain alerts — see the nearest indoor cover, and get a heads-up push when rain is about to hit the park you're in (opt-in). • Park Pulse — a daily prediction game: call tomorrow's headliner waits and climb the leaderboard. • Redesigned widgets — one configurable Park Waits widget, Best Time Today, Favorite Ride, and an interactive Day Plan widget. • iCloud sync — favorites, alert preferences, and saved plans follow you across devices. • Accounts, portable — Sign in with Apple, generated display names & avatars, email verification, and easy password reset. • Countless fixes and performance improvements across the live wait board, maps, and Live Activities.
