Fix your parking exit. Doesn’t work in the app. Doesn’t work in the kiosk. Doesn’t work at the exit. Please fix it.
App good cost not.
The app makes parking easy. The cost is a kick in the face everyday. Parking prices are a scam.
Outdated Checkout Kiosks
ATL airport increased their hourly daily prices and didn’t even improve their old and clunky tech. Machines that don’t accept metal credit cards, don’t dispense receipts, and take forever to process checking out. It’s a joke, too bad there isn’t another we could go to.
Terrible App
Not user intuitive. Doesn’t automatically import license plate. Have to manually do it every week. Rarely works properly.
App Down
App seems to have frequency in going down, not able to import license plate without getting an execution error message.
Never seen such an awful app
I have never used such an awful app from creating an account to using it. The ux makes no sense and extremely unhelpful on planning if you are not close to a parking garage. The setup is awful and the password is 10 characters. Whoever approved this app should be fired and I hope no company hires whoever gave this company the contract.

Doesn’t work
The app never allowed me to reserve or pay for parking. Not sure what the purpose is.
Worked perfect on 08/28/24
I was a little skeptical on how the app would work on my first try on 08/28/24, but everything went great. I added my tag number and AmEx before the trip. No issues. After parking and while waiting on our flight I used the “Park Now, Import License Plate” option. It added my Pass with the date and time we actually entered the parking decks. After we returned from our trip and went to our vehicle I told it to pay our ticket. Amex processed and I had a 30 minute count down to actually exit the lot. The gate opened after reading our tag. Whoopee.

Worked until exit
The kiosk worked better at assuring connection at the exit. They had to manually lift the gate for me despite having used the app to pay.
No longer imports plates
You need a PeachPass or youe have to pay cashier. App no longer accepts payment
Pay feature broken
Functionality is minimal, pay by credit cards is broken forcing me to use keiosk

Too many bugs and can’t even submit payment. Useless app.
Unable to set up any payment. Can’t reach support.
All payment methods fail and you cannot reach out to support unless you use the Apple mail app. Another trash service from Atlanta’s airport. 5 things down.

Cannot use for Reservations!
The entire reason for wasting my time setting up this App and giving it all my personal info was to be able to make reservations to park at the airport. Guess what?!? It’s just as slow and defunct as any other government-run project - failure! It won’t let you reserve a thing. You can only use this App if you’re next to a kiosk.

The only reason installed it was to make a reservation, and it doesn’t do that. Kinda worthless.
NO PERSON OR SECURITY IN SIGHT
I am all for technology. I am actually in technology, but there needs to be a human in the garage. There needs to be a security guard. They are homeless people begging for money. They are older people trying to pay at the machines and they are confused. They needs to be human intervention.
What is the Purpose of this app??
From what I can tell, all it does is tell you how long your car has been sitting at the lot. It will not let you add payment information and more importantly does not tell you how many parking spots are available. Useless.
