Worst parking app ever
Downloaded the app input all the information from my car, input my payment information. Attempted to pay for my parking in the app kept telling me to set up my payment information which I did again. Then I attempted to pay. Then it told me to set up my payment information, which I did again. It told me my credit card was already in the app. But it wouldn’t let me use it. It told me to set up my payment information. So I attempted to put my credit card in again, and it told me my credit card already existed. I think that pretty well illustrates the vicious cycle. This app got me locked in. Still not able to park my car. I deleted the app. Re-downloaded the app. Takes an incomparable amount of time to download this app. Went to the website for Park Cheyenne and was able to find and park my car much faster than with this ridiculous and stupid app.

App. Entering credit card is difficult
Please change the interface used to enter credit card information. On a cell phone I am unable to paste the card number in and I am unable to see what I am trying. This caused an unnecessary delay.
