Almost no vegan options
The app is good. The service is on schedule. The problem is a complete lack of vegan options so I don’t order from here most days.

The reason I go into the office
Best innovation EVER. We switch from catered family style meals (usually unhealthy, never what I wanted, always a stress to get in line before the “good stuff” was gone) to Park Day and now it’s a non-negotiable for office meals. Couldn’t imagine ever going back.

App is ok, but schedule to select meals makes no sense
Ok app, tries to match food offered to my taste. But having a deadline of not ordering Monday food to be “not before Sunday noon” makes no sense. I should able to order it on Friday morning.

ParkDay is so easy to use. I absolutely love the descriptions of the items which makes it easy for me to choose my lunch. I’ve never been disappointed by the meal I’ve received because of the descriptions.
Terrible onboarding
The survey they make you answer to create your profile are terribly designed. I cared about none of the options they made me choose from for “what I care about most” and then they showed me a description which sounded nothing like me (maybe they decided I like salads??) I can’t actually edit this part of the profile again it seems, but I also can’t see what it is. This entire app feels vibe coded with no human testers. Also there were clear bugs in the tinder like images they showed with a picture of Mac and cheese labeled “sweet potatoes”.

Truly a world of difference vs. other food delivery options. I’m eating super healthy, I get access to the best restaurants, and I feel like I have a private chef and personal nutritionist guiding me every step of the way.

Set for the week
User friendly and I’m enjoy being set for the week and sometimes into next week. I feel more organised with my planned meals from an amazing selection of restaurants (that normally wouldn’t deliver near my job). Love being introduced to new restaurants that use biodegradable utensils 😍.
