I come to visit my older relatives and have to pay to park? Off continent visitors should get reduced prices or free parking to help older relatives.

Zbytocna

Nedava automaticky blocky DPH o zaplateni ani po predlzeni. Ale peniaze stiahne okamzite.
Dá cisto iba potvrdenie o zaplateni s casom expiracie ale bez DPH detajlov. To uz preco? Neporusuju nahodov zakon? Mali by davat blocok okamzite po zaplateni a nie ba na vyziadane.

Terrible app .

Very bad and inaccurate app. Takes a long time to load. Doesn't show the current status of parking spaces!!!

Issues

Overall is fine app, although why does it take money at the beginning of parking and not at the end? Especially when the parking can be terminated early? Also, reminders about the end of parking 15 minutes before the end? Why not 5 minutes or even 1 minute?

USER UNFRIENDLY FOR ENTREPRENEURS

During the month, I accumulate a lot of parking payment documents. These are all small amounts. However, I use a company car and can include all parking expenses in the company’s costs.

To do this, I have to forward all 30–50 emails to the accountant, and each one has to be processed individually.

When I wrote to support suggesting that a function for payment or prepayment with an invoice would be very useful, they simply replied that this feature does not work.

Well, that wasn’t very customer-friendly. I can already see that it doesn’t work. From your response, I understand that you don’t even intend to improve anything.

Thanks for at least having some kind of app.
It’s a shame the service isn’t very high quality yet.

Visitor parking

Impossible to establish, from either the Slovak or the English version of the app, whether the resident’s visitor parking is requested by the resident or the visitor. No phone or chat help available.

The municipality of Bratislava imposed the new rule, that if the visitor (or bonus) card is not used by the holder of the card (user logged with the same login email as the one, who the card was issued to), they need to give consent to the user who wants to use it. This can be done in the detail of the parking card: https://permits.parkdots.com/profile/permits. Viac krat sa mi stalo, ze apka nepracovala spolahlivo. Napriklad dnes mi vobec nefungovala bonusova karta, musela som si zaplatit listok a to sa podarilo az na treti krat, som zvedava, kolko krat mi to strhlo sumu 4 eura, este to skontrolujem

Terrible

I get ticket because app not synced properly and told me parking at that time was free. Contacted app and they said that is not thier problem.

Dear Parkdots spokesman.I was parking for only an hour. Problem is that you app, showed me that next hour is free. Stop making me look like moron, that cant setup his parking app.
