No way to put in the type of vehicle. With fleet you don’t know all the license numbers so you need to put in the vehicle description.

DONT GET THE APP

I paid and still got a ticket both the app and city are telling me the other party has to deal with it.( the city says Parkedin has to deal with it and Parkedin says city has to call them.) both are refusing to help in this matter.

Good for getting Parking violation tickets

The app used to be able to store a default vehicle for your account. This is no longer available. If you have multiple plate numbers registered on your account it doesn’t ask you which plate you want to pay for Parking. All it asked was if I wanted to park in the same zone. This resulted in a $60 parking ticket

Customer service is non-existent and they regularly overcharge.

Still got a ticket?!

Paid in the morning like I usually do before work, but still ended up getting a parking ticket?! I have proof of the charge on my card for the exact date and time :( now I have to go through the process of disputing the ticket.

First registration had no verification code in email, and no option to resend.

App also logs out whenever I sign in on my other device. Annoying.

Worst Customer Service

The app takes multiple payment and after multiple attempts with the receipt and bank records everything, they message to contact the another location with a link. The loop continue and never reach a resolution.

Park at Your Own Risk

I’m currently trying to get an issue resolved where I paid for parking through the app in Feb 2025 but the janky drop-down list selected the wrong license plate. Had a valid receipt, but still got ticketed.

The app looks improved, but the experience behind it hasn’t. The dispute process has taken about 2 months and didn’t resolve anything.

If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would.

Frustrating

This app is extremely frustrating to use. It’s extremely inconsistent, and I have to attempt to find a lot multiple times before it acknowledges that the lot exists. It wouldn’t accept my credit card the first time I tried to input it. Now there’s an issue with being overcharged on my card. Not worth using, despite the convenience of the charging location.

Vehicle nicknames

If the vehicles could have nicknames rather than just the license plate that would be really helpful as I use around 5 vehicles and I don't always remember which is which.

Wrong information and misleading

The app does not accept the zone ID. Search results on the app are totally different from their own website and prices are incorrect too.

Do not use

At least once a month I end up paying for the wrong vehicle. App defaults to a previous one instead of the current one when there is any changes. Terrible UX.

Ease of use

I find this app simple and easy to use for quick stops and routine parking. And contrary to the GreenP app I don’t have to spend and block 20-30 dollars in advance. I can pay my 5 bucks and done.

Disheartening

Open app to pay, need to updated, update over mobile data (can be costly or impossible for some), open app, signed out, continue as guest (i have no idea what my parking app username is made years ago is), doesn’t work at all, try resetting my password, finally some success, main map/zone code enter page completely broken, finally find a way around the broken (and awful) UI, parking finally paid.

I made a point to be ten minutes early to my appointment today and now because of this Im 5 minutes late. Super cool.

Would be whatever if it wasn’t exclusively required to use this app to pay in my city.

Feb 2026 upgrade great for regular parkers

Did a review in the fall that wasn’t favourable but they’ve made changes! If you park in the same location regularly, it now only takes a few clicks to do the session the next day. Thank you for the updates!

Not working since new update

Had it since my city insisted on using this app for parking, had an update October 2025 ish that actually made the app easier to use. Now today it needed me to update it again just to park, and after I went through the effort of reinstalling the new version, it now longer works at all. So I am back to standing outside in the -40 weather paying at the meter again. Thanks guys
