Ej användarvänlig app
Appen är bland det sämsta som jag har använt. Man fastnar i en loop när man skall lägga till sitt Bank id och man får ett felmeddelande…..

Payed by App, still got a ticket if 850SEK
We parked our Camper on an completely empty parking space and paid the Fee via App and still got a ticket because our tires where over the white Line toward a second parking lot. There was no other way to park the camper, we did not block any road space and there where literally more then 100 free parking lots around us. We wrote a complaint but they insisted on paying the fine.

Only credit card
There was only the possibility to pay by credit card, too bad if you are from another country, where credit cards are not that common. Got a fee of 850 crowns and simply did not even have the possibility to pay as I should due to the credit card issue. A local even told me they have torn down the ticket machines… Thanks for nothing

Tried three different credit cards and it wouldn’t accept any of them. Total waste of time.
Missleading Information
Don’t trust what this app tells you when parking! We got a parking ticket for 600SEK because apparently you were only allowed to park for one hour, even thou the app said 24h.
Can’t pay for parking
Jag är svensk medborgare men får tydligen inte använda denna appen för jag inte är folkbokförd- vilket är ett himla problem när vissa parkering platser i Göteborg bara har appen som alternativ. Turister är inget nytt i Göteborg men för Parkering Göteborg verkar det som dem aldrig har hört talas om nåt sånt. Vad är det för en grej, att kräva personnummer för att betala för parkering??? Inte så konstigt denna appen har så dålig recensioner. Med EasyPark behövs bara kort informationen och that’s it. Med Göteborgs Parkering är det som att man har bett om ett banklån med alla dessa extremt steg och sätt du måste identifiera dig.

From 10 times parking only 1 worked. It’s always the message that an unknown error occurred. So you pay more because parking starts but you can’t end it
App didnt work - then got ticket.
Feels a bit unfair to be punished when in this case the fault was in the programming.
