Good game, useless support.
This is a good game and I enjoy playing it.
But, the customer support is completely useless. They clearly don’t have the slightest interest in any problem their customers are having.
I’ve got a problem where calendar levels are showing as completed before the date. Apparently I completed all levels for August at the beginning of August.
I’ve emailed them four times with no response. and the Rollic Games website is really poor.
When I had this problem before I emailed them twice and they never responded or fixed the issue. Not a good way to treat customers.
We, the customers are who they make money from so you would expect them to at least pretend to be interested.
But they’re not - they’re just rude and ignorant.
If the support was better, I would probably pay to have the ads removed, but at the moment I’m not prepared to pay for a game that doesn’t work properly made by people that aren’t interested.
Developers - sort yourselves out and show some respect.

I have been playing this game for a long time and love it. The only thing now is the commercial that you can’t get out of. I have to close the game and then clear it. I have no idea what it is since it show nothing but a black screen and a red line moving across it. I hope you can get rid of it
