Impressed with what I've seen so far
Just paid a PCN notice for overstay in supermarket car park. I could not remember when I parked and guessed the wrong time. The ANPR cameras got clear pictures. So searching for an app to automatically record my parking time - most importantly- and secondary record the place (useful in other occasions parking at motor events in big fields).
This looked to tick the boxes ! And having just paid the fine 99p seemed reasonable to take a gamble it would work. First impression is good and the support provided on their website was very clear as to how it works and it's use.
It even knew where and when I last parked my car - must be reading some health tracking data my iphone logs.
Will update review after more use. However looking fun and very useful.
Update: yes if app running in background it adds a parking pin automatically when your gps speed drops from driving to walking speed. Similar to apple seeing when you disconnect from a car's audio Bluetooth. Except this works for other cars, taxi, buses etc to get back to taxi rank or bus stop.

I could not get it to work with my iphone 6S
This is because it uses a different chip with the motion sensors. I taised the issue with the team.
The team have worked hard and rewritten part of the programme just for me.
It is a great app for exploring unfamiliar cities andjust finding your way back in a large car park.

Happy Camper Now!
Just heard back from the developer. Apparently the issue that kept me from accessing the Motion Tracker on my iPhone 6 has now been fixed! Can’t wait to use this app. Thank you!!
Brilliant App
Embarrassingly the number of times have I forgotten where I’ve parked :( this app walks you back to you car with precise instructions. Set the timer and avoid going over the limit avoiding fines etc !!.. highly recommended. Excellent support.
No customer support.
When I pay for an application I expect a customer support. With this app you get zero support. I had a specific question, emailed 3 times. Wasted of my time.

Worth every penny. It's cool to see the list of places I've already parked start to grow. The meter has already saved me from going over my time limit a few times! In all a great app.
Poor App
For me it’s a poor app. Say I go to Costco. I set a pin at the car. When I leave the store and am faced with the huge parking lot, Parking Pin points me in the general direction. When I get within 50 yards of the car it is still pointing way off. When I get to the car, it is still showing the wrong direction and that I’m 40 ft from the car. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.. but.. I think it’s pretty poor.

Best parking app with beautiful interface
I've tried a lot of parking apps but I've settled on this for its highly functional and beautiful interface that makes using it a joy.
Top notch customer support too. Courteous and prompt reply that answered my question. Also well received my suggestion to support setting to use Google maps instead of Apple maps.

Very good app
I tried several car locator apps. Parking pin is by far more accurate and consistent than the others. I love it.
Junk
It doesn't work even with motion services on. And it drains your battery constantly. Useless.
Best Parking App!
Tried other ones and this one takes the cake. It's so simple and clean looking. Just what I've been searching for. Seriously love it! I've been using it for a while now and still recommend it to my family members and friends all the time.
Fails miserably in Spain
With working WiFi, this app has failed miserably to properly pin point my parking spot anywhere in Spain. I will be asking for a refund on this purchase.

Doesn't always work
Live this when it works. In fact it's incredible when it does. But 30% of the time it shows a place I parked a couple days ago. It plain old stops working. Really annoying to not be dependable.
What more could ask?
Uses hot/cold as opposed to a mapped trail to guide you, which is more useful in a large parking lot than on a street. Setting a pin is automatic when the car comes to a stop. I launched it when I was home and it successfully pinned each of three stops I made running errand so I could navigate to my parked car each time, without having to set each pin manually. Only glitch I have found so far is that Help text shows up faintly on the high-resolution screen of the 6+.
BTW, don't expect millimeter accuracy from any GPS. I read somewhere that GPS accuracy is plus or minus 30 feet. Unless you are navigating to a transponder, the estimated distance to you car may be off some, but you will be able to see you car.

An okay app.
Has lots of potential, but constantly pins locations I parked at DAYS ago. Kind of defeats the purpose if I open the app and the app doesn't do what I expected from it.
