Parkio 1.0.3 Welcome to the Parkio beta. This release brings major improvements across planning, live park information, personalization, and overall app polish. What’s New * Dark Mode & Appearance Controls Choose between System, Light, and Dark appearance from Profile. Parkio now adapts throughout the app, including Home, My Day, History, Map, ride details, dining, and park visits. * Smarter Dining Recommendations Parkio now surfaces personalized dining recommendations based on venue quality, location, price, and your own ratings. Your restaurant ratings and favorites carry across the experience. * Improved My Day Planning Add rides, dining, shows, and character experiences to your day. Completing eligible items can now automatically update ride history and park visit activity. * Expanded Park Map More shows and attractions now appear on the map, with improved map coverage and cleaner filtering. Live wait-time markers make it easier to understand park conditions at a glance. * Live Wait Times on Ride Details Ride detail screens now show current wait-time information directly in the hero section when live data is available. * Better First-Time Experience New users now receive immediate guidance on the Home screen with a direct path to browse attractions and start using Parkio. * Refreshed Home Experience The redesigned “Your Day” header puts today’s park plan, recommendations, dining options, and activity front and center. Improvements & Fixes * Added full adaptive appearance support throughout the app * Improved consistency between ride ratings, dining ratings, Home cards, and detail screens * Improved ride history stability when multiple rides are logged close together * Improved app version reporting in Profile * Improved privacy and TestFlight readiness * Corrected the location permission description to reference Parkio * Removed internal development labels from user-facing screens * Improved Release-build logging behavior * Improved app identity, bundle metadata, and beta readiness * Expanded map coordinate coverage across supported parks What We’d Like You to Test Please pay special attention to: * Live wait-time accuracy * Best Next Ride recommendations * My Day planning and item completion * Ride logging and History * Map performance and marker accuracy * Dining recommendations and ratings * Dark Mode and appearance switching * First-time setup and overall ease of use * Any crashes, freezes, missing data, or confusing behavior Known Limitations * Wait times require an internet connection * My Day does not currently sync across devices * Manual drag-to-reorder is not yet available in My Day * Map locations and walking distances are approximate * Some attractions may not show a live wait time when external park data uses a different attraction name * Parkio currently supports the six U.S. Disney theme parks Thank you for testing Parkio.
