Parkr – Know Before You Park

Parkr scores where you park. Drop a pin, search an address or use your location — Parkr gives that spot a clear read from recent reported police activity nearby, with a dedicated score for car break-ins and theft. HOW IT WORKS • Pick any spot in a supported city• Get two scores: general activity, and car break-in / theft • Higher score = more reported activity near that spot• See a nearby spot with less car activity, with distance and directions • Dig into 7-, 30- and 90-day timeframes (Parkr Plus) FEATURES • Address search, map pin or GPS • A daily read on your city: today's vehicle incidents against the usual • Save your regular spots — they refresh themselves, and each keeps a score history so you can see the trend • A monthly report covering your spots (Parkr Plus) • Activity heat map across the city — car break-ins or general, 7/30/90 days (Parkr Plus) • Recent checks, always one tap away • Free with no account: 2 checks a day, or 5 with a free account SUPPORTED CITIES Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, San Francisco and Dallas — more on the way. PARKR PLUS (OPTIONAL PAID UPGRADE) A one-time prepaid In-App Purchase — one month or one year, nothing auto-renews. It unlocks 100 checks a day, up to 100 saved spots, the activity heat map, 7/30/90-day timeframe detail and monthly reports. One purchase covers both Parkr and Dispatchr on the same account. THE DATA Scores are built from publicly available public-safety data published by government open-data sources. Data is preliminary and unverified, and may be incomplete or delayed. Counts are when incidents were reported, not when they happened. Scores reflect recent reported activity nearby — not a guarantee of safety. Parkr is an informational tool only; it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always call 911.
