My town switched from Park Mobile to Parky. Parky cannot find designated spots. Hence, could not book any spaces as they did not appear on the app.

What a scam
If I could give 0 stars I would. This app does not work and because of it I am being charged up to $125 by the lot I parked in because it took 35 minutes for my payment to go through. If you enter any parking lot where this is the company they use to process payments do not enter.

Keep getting errors when I try to pay. I’ve tried Apple Pay and typing in my credit card. Just does take my money. Literally can’t do the only thing it is designed to do.

This app is a complete scam. They do not send you receipts. Overpriced rates. Avoid.
Worse the useless
This app is the worst app on my phone, but I need it because it’s used at the street parking near my workplace. The app regularly doesn’t work and, even when it does, it lacks basic functionality like telling you what time parking for X hours gets you to. Horrible app.
Horrible app
I am forced to use this app because they changed the service on the meter in my town. It doesn’t log-in with face id, I wrote details for one of our car and now it’s too long I can’t select that car for parking, I had to login from my computer to delete and add the vehicle again… If I was on the streets I would have given up and choose the ticket, it’s so complicated!! This is my first experience after just a few minutes of use, I’m not excited about this at all especially reading the other review. Not user friendly at all. I LOVED and I MISS Park mobile!!

Easy to use, the scan plate feature is new and different. Cool parking app.
Won’t work
They charged my card, app froze and never confirm parking. Nowhere to be found in the history of the app, and there is no customer service number either. Had to move my car to a different parking and pay twice.
Wicked expensive
Went you use it in Fort Lauderdale and they are charging $10 per hour in an alley way.

Do not use!! No responses
We used parky in Lauderdale by the Sea and paid at the time. Now another company is sending us a $95.00 ticket claiming we did not pay for our parking. Vanguard said I need proof of payment from Parky but they refuse to respond to my multiple emails and of course there is no number to call and actually speak with someone. I will not use again.

Terrible
Unable to sign in no matter what you use. The only thing that worked was paying. Then you cant find your remaining time, or find your parking session with your phone. An absolute disaster of an app. You should be embarrassed
