Parkzy - great experience using this
I’m 75 so I didn’t even try to set it up myself. Vala walked me through the procedure (not hard after all). He gave me outstanding personal customer service.
Using it was simple, easy, seamless.
Two nice young ladies over a 3-day period used my parking spot & we easily communicated by messages any details that came up.
With minimal effort, I pocketed a nice amount of money which appeared in my back account as planned.

Most Supportive First-Time Experience!
Posted my parking spot for Outside Lands on FB and one of Parkzy’s customer service ppl notified me of Parkzy. I gave the app a chance and their team called me throughout the entire weekend and worked as hard as possible to assist me in getting my parking spot rented out each day. They worked with me closely, remaining extremely proactive to the point of coordinating with their engineers specifically for me as a first-time user, to resolve any technical issues to ensure my parking spot was viewable to potential renters. I was able to rent it out 2/3 days and the payout system via Stripe was super fast, secure, and seamless. Take a bit of work to get verified as a renter on their app, but that was also relatively seamless.

Amazing app!!
Superb customer service. I was confused so I went ahead and called the help number; answered by a live person. Val was helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any issues I was having. Love the way this company works to give their customers all the resources they need to have a great experience and great parking!
