Mobile Agenda Prep now runs on the real server-backed generation flow (was mock). Mobile Advisor now runs on the real premium/AI-backed flow (was mock). Attendees can be saved to phone Contacts, with permission requested only when needed. Production API is now the default target; startup session validation added (10s timeout). Desktop workspace now opens for signed-in users; unbuilt modules (calendar, email, Plaud, org, multi-board) are labeled "coming soon" instead of shown as live.
