A Spoken Focused Language-Learning App With No Working Lesson Audio
I genuinely don’t understand how a language-learning app can be released with such fundamental features completely broken.
The first few exercises introduce English words alongside their Spanish equivalents, with a speaker button supposedly allowing you to hear the pronunciation. Except the button does absolutely nothing. Not once. Not on a single word.
Then you reach an exercise that instructs you to “tap the word that you hear.” Wonderful concept, except THERE IS NO AUDIO. The app then helpfully suggests “tap to retry,” which is just another button that accomplishes absolutely nothing.
Interestingly, the videos play perfectly fine. It’s specifically the audio required to actually learn and complete the exercises that doesn’t work.
And it gets better. When you go into Settings to try to get some help with this disaster, there’s a section conveniently labelled “Support.” You’d think that might be useful, wouldn’t you? Except it’s COMPLETELY BLANK. Not a single support option, contact method, or piece of information. Nothing.
So not only does the app fail at one of its most basic functions, it apparently can’t even provide a functioning way to report the problem.
This isn’t a minor bug or an inconvenience. The app is literally impossible to use as intended. You cannot complete listening exercises when the app refuses to produce sound, and you can’t get help when the support section is empty.
For an application whose entire purpose is teaching a spoken language, having nonfunctional pronunciation and listening features, combined with a completely empty support section, is an astonishing failure.
One star, only because zero isn’t an option.

Misleading
I was under the impression that I could use this app for free and it won’t even let me past anything without “accepting the trail”. I don’t want a trail , for once I would like to learn Spanish without the extra stuff. I’m so sad and disappointed once again
