Ummm... help?

I can’t get onto the app. I am trying to log in with Facebook, but every time I try to select my address, it says: “select a place which contains city and country.” I’m probably doing something wrong, seeing that this app has so many wonderful reviews, and if I am then I will eagerly change my review, given the devs show me what I’m doing wrong...
