Hello. Before giving a one star rating, reaching out to support might be better to see if you are “missing something.” :-) I’m pretty sure that you are choosing chapter vocabulary, but not chapter grammar (same screen, second tab). So, for example, if I were studying with Mounce’s grammar and chose vocabulary from chs. 4-9, this would include every form of all of that vocabulary, a total of 637 forms. But once I go to the grammar tab and also choose the same chapters, the amount of forms in the quiz will reduce, because only certain grammatical concepts have been introduced. If this doesn’t make sense, please email me and I’m glad to help. And if this doesn’t work, then please also contact me with further description so I can figure out the problem. Lastly, after everything is worked through, please consider updating your rating and review.

The developer let me know that you can use the filter to exclude certain words after getting them correct a user-defined number of times. In this way you can keep from having to do the same words over again if you can’t finish your current session. This works I suppose!

Thanks for your rating and review! If you can clarify (perhaps via email) what exactly you mean, that would be super helpful for future development. I do want to point out that the app does save a correct/incorrect count and can be accessed as a filter in the more options final menu. So, for instance, you can ask the app to not include words that you have answered correctly more than 5 times. If this last option is not something you knew about, then perhaps you’d consider modifying your rating. Thanks again for the feedback!
