Very disappointed

I have always been very happy with the products. Hence, when I saw this app I was very glad that finally, one doesn’t have to bother thought delivery apps and can order directly. This was my 3rd or 4th delivery. I placed an order for 27th Nov. and the order was not delivered. I was out of town the next two days, when I realised and asked them, they said they can’t do anything. They don’t call before delivery, they don’t sent a msg after delivery. Effectively, we lost our money and order. I’m not sure what sort of process this is, and what do you think the customer is trying to accomplish with this. Are you assuming that the customer has received the order and is raising a fake complaint.
