After the recent update App is stuck in a loop
Sadly never update Apps that were free And now without warning are no longer (I guess free lifetime subscription) isn’t a reality unless lifetime is taken to mean 6 months (but) even more frustrating the app update broke the app as the app gets stuck in a loop after downloading it shows it is installing updates 1-100 then restarting but then just goes right back into updating files 1-100 restarting but never actually doing anything but going in circles

This app helped me with productivity
I quickly was able to increase my productivity by allowing this app to answer my customer’s questions. If they had more involved questions that require me to assist with, I was able to review the chat to intervene. This app is great, and I am very impressed!
Lost lifetime
I went to ask questions after app reload some update. Then it says I must pay again. Tried to restore. They told me I had to log in. Tried to get a password reset and this did not work. Tried to make a new login and they did not send me the code. I give up. Deleting.
Updated 08/06/24 - I thought since they said they fixed it, I might be able to get it to work. It now has no record of me at all when I try to do anything. I give up. Deleting again.

After accessing free Lifetime subscription, app freezes. Kill app, go back in and am faced with subscription choices again. Choose Lifetime option again and app freezes. Rinse, repeat, same results. Update: The developer has reached out to me with a valid explanation as to the unexpected issues that were beyond their control. They are diligently working to resolve the problem, so I’m updating my rating to neutral (3 stars) until I have the opportunity to experience all the features in the app. I look forward to being able to raise my rating.

It took a while, but the developer came through and explained the issue that affected their servers. It’s very understandable given the circumstances.

It works
After a battle with support and server (server working like 50 years old post soviet bus) my promotion has been applied and the app finally works as intended. Question Need to be specific to get the answer but work . Example what is sfp+ ; will result not understanding ; but what is sfp+ network give very basic generic answer. There are much better and more reliable solutions.

Unfortunately, like many others, I was unable to benefit from this opportunity. It seems luck is not on my side this time. However, I am aware that there are plenty of other options available to explore. Thank you for considering my participation.

Not only it doesn’t work but also the app was supposed to be free for lifetime for some days, I wasted so much time trying to make the free lifetime subscription Work and now that is not free anymore is asking for pay.
Does not work at all
I downloaded this on June 1st, as it advertised a free lifetime membership (for that day only) and thought I'd try it out. It initially accepted my user name and password, but then it stopped working before I could do anything. I tried to activate the "lifetime membership" that was promised, but that also failed! It still shows as "pending" in my purchases. I tried to send feedback through the app today, but received another error and it was not sent. If they get it working for me, I'm willing to adjust my review, but as it stands right now, it essentially does nothing but go to the login screen.
*Update - it now starts, but the free lifetime membership offer (which is why I downloaded it) is gone and there is a message saying not to create a login.
