WARNING
App does not work and no one is helping me delete my account. They switched away from Plaid which froze a lot of peoples apps. I cannot click any of the settings buttons to change my account information. There is no online option, and support is not helping me. Do not use this app!
Doesn’t work.
I’ve left several communications via email and website contact support, C___01 @ gmail and haven’t heard anything in over 5 weeks from the team. After I was billed for my annual subscription - the app has stopped communicating with external banks and doesn’t reload anything and none of the pages work.
Very disappointed and no longer trust builders, developers, and support.

Not designed for Canadian
They don’t show any information and they want you to give away your information and phone number. Waste of time. It’s gimmicky app.

I couldn’t get verified, tried emailing support for help. Been 2 weeks. Tried to make a new account and I can’t even get past phone verification; keeps saying invalid code. I really wanna like this app but I literally can’t use it.

I don’t trust misleading app, it’s unlimited transfer but they don’t resolve my request to get a higher limit on unlimited transfer amount. Misleading app please create a app new version create your own wire transfer amount and the ai will do the automatic transfer please

Please create a app for the web and the tablet need access via a normal method outside of the app. Great application very high potential for general check of general account status.

I love this app so much I’ve tried so many budgeting apps it’s the only one that works for me I love the layout of the app please never get rid of this app
Great idea, but failed execution
I was really excited by the website and what it is trying to deliver to the users. Actual use experience however shows that the AI doesnt work and the interface is way too busy.
AI doesn’t work
It allows me to connect accounts but when I go to ask anything of the AI, it just spins for minutes with no answer. It is able to respond to “Hello” though so I guess that’s a start

Hey, I can’t post the screenshot, but your pricing pop up is misleading. It lists the monthly billing at 8.99/yr and not per month.

It costs money to track investments.
It seems like a solid application, but the fact that you can only add credit cards and cash accounts for free makes it kinda useless for those who do not want to pay.
Great potential, do NOT trust it yet
I recently downloaded the app and started adding my accounts. It has great potential for the spending/budgeting tools. Before I started my subscription, I decided to test out the chat feature. Within my 10 minute conversation, it calculated my retirement savings wrong as well as future value. It later admitted and apologized for the mistakes.
I will not trust my retirement future AND pay $70/year for something that gets very easy things incorrect. I will come back and check on this app in a year or 2 if it’s still around.

Fantastic Idea - Please add UK Functionality
A really good idea to improve financial literacy and take control of your finances - much better than using spreadsheets or a host of apps (this does it all in one), for the majority of people.
However, for those in the UK rather than the US, there is limited automatic functionality (rather you have to input all your data manually). Until this is added, I will probably be forced to continue to use spreadsheets.
Please allow us to connect UK banks and savings accounts (Lloyds, NatWest, Chase UK etc.)!

Intuitive and helpful
Parthean was very easy to understand and added value within minutes of downloading. I’m excited to use it to get some big things off my to do list, and I shared the app with my brother who is looking to figure out his finances while looking for a new apartment.
This is mostly a useless app.
Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere.

Lacking core features & account management issues
Core features missing: - Real-time sync: The current release is still unable to load transactions real time, you must resend each individual account - Transaction displays: Transactions are displayed as if each account is a credit: e.g., in savings, deposits are shown as negatives and spending is positive. This works for credit accounts as payments reduce your total balance, but makes savings and chequing accounts unreadable - Transaction history: It looks like Parthean doesn't distinguish transfers or other inter-account transactions from spending - the result is that spending by category looks like I've spent 100s of thousands of dollars but really it's mostly my money flowing back and forth churning chequing accounts. - Account management: if you created an account via Apple ID, you are UNABLE to delete your account. Account deletion flow requires you to enter your email and password, which don't exist if you signed up using Apple ID. As someone formerly in product, I think it would be good to focus the roadmap on these features vs displaying credit or some of the other 'coming soon' ones. The early user pool will be looking to check off these boxes and won't stay for new releases if the basic functionality isn't there.

Doesn’t really work for important things
Mostly a lead generation tool to try to get you to pay or talk to an advisor, the AI isn’t useful. Also doesn’t help you with your investing. Videos are a bit creepy as well.
Completely inaccurate
Went through the trouble of linking accounts only to have it tell me it can’t answer the questions I asked because it doesn’t have the data even though I linked my accounts with the data
