What is Particle Insight?
Particle Insight is a mobile application designed for viewing and analyzing particle shape, size, and count data generated by compatible lab instruments. It allows users to access detailed statistics, histograms, and individual particle images on their iPad and iPhone.
Does Particle Insight work offline?
Yes, Particle Insight allows you to save data analysis to your device for viewing and analyzing while away from a WiFi or data zone. Ensure you 'Save to Device' any data analysis of interest before going offline.
What kind of statistics does Particle Insight provide?
Particle Insight offers statistics for 30 available size and shape measures, including Particle Count, Largest and Smallest Particle measured, Mean, Standard Deviation, Mode, and 5 percentile values. These can be viewed as small plots, large plots, or comprehensive statistics.
Can Particle Insight be used with lab equipment?
Yes, Particle Insight is designed for seamless integration with Particle Insight instruments from Vision Analytical Incorporated. It allows you to view results from any and all Particle Insight instruments at your locations in real-time as data is completed and uploaded.
Is Particle Insight compliant with industry regulations?
Yes, Particle Insight is 21CFRPart 11 compliant. Data stored by the Particle Insight under security mode is transferred to the iPad or iPhone, allowing viewing of electronic signatures and record information for each analysis.
How does Particle Insight handle data storage?
Particle Insight can link with a Dropbox account to view particle shape data stored online. Data can also be stored on your iPad and iPhone for offline access. To view online data, you must link your Dropbox account.
Is Particle Insight available on Android devices?
