Great app 5 star from me
A work in progress, but still excellent
Partizan are progressing fast with making their Partizan Cloud platform work even better on iOS devices. There are still some features that don't work such as detection sensitivity for alert notifications, but these settings are also available in their OS program or - if you have one - the Partizan Cloud network video recorder (NVR, which I also rate as excellent). I have suggested to Partizan that they don't really need all possible settings to be available from the iOS app, especially if some don't work; the main goal is to view cameras and their archives, something which this app does perfectly even with low bandwidth connections. One trick they're missing is that, if you have cameras set up through an NVR, then you can remotely still view the archives using this app even with the NVR off. I find this very useful, but with multiple cameras the app doesn't tell you which camera is which: the addition of some simple labels (NVR1, NVR2 etc) would help a lot. I'm looking forward to the next app update!

No access after recent update
After current update I have no access to the app. When it opens it’s just a blank screen.
Frustrating to use
This app has potential to be great but it’s an incredibly frustrating user experience due to lots of bugs.
For example, my partner and I are unable to watch back the most recent saved clip, and can only watch back from the 2nd most recent one. When trying to watch the most recent saved clip it just displays the live feed.
We get a lot of timeouts and connection errors when trying to connect, which isn’t ideal when there’s someone ringing the bell. By the we manage to connect they’ve left the door!
Given that the device motion sensitivity is a slider it’s frustrating to only be able to set it in intervals of 25%.
It would be nice if there was an option to save all the footage from the past 24 hours to the SD card and not just the captured movement. Wanted to check if burgulars came up our road but there’s no saved footage anywhere.
Also unrelated to the app itself but the internal chime cannot receive any signal from our doorbell even though it’s in the closest possible plug socket to the front door.
