Balance after each transaction
The app functions passably but I really dislike that you don’t get the balance after each transaction, including pending transactions. It is not very clear that the balance shown at the top does not reflect what it will actually be once the pending transactions go through.

Horrible app
Been banking with Partners for several years and the app is ancient. Even when they try and incorporate newer technology (Zelle) it doesn’t work with their app.
Fair
The app is stable and easy to use. It would be great if I could see a running balance with each debit/credit on my checking account. Also, I’d like to see more detail on my mortgage…like a running amortization schedule. I make extra principal payments and would like to see how that is affecting my pay down and timing of my payoff.

When my husband passed away in 2023, I had no idea how to take care of financial matters. The people at Partners were patient and spent time with me to set up three accounts for me and to teach me how do do banking on line. They had to show me how to fill out a deposit slip! They were really wonderful and I am very confident with the banking processes now. Thank you guys so much!

like this app, but having multiple accounts would be much easier if you could name them, instead of going by numbers.

Security
While some folks might be annoyed by the many types of questions being asked before receiving help when one is temporarily locked out of an account, I am comforted by the extra security steps Partners Bank takes.

Recent changes rearranged the order of accounts. I used to be able to open it and see the top two accounts that I used most. Now the ones I don’t want to see are at the top.

Deposit and memo
I like the app BUT…. Deposits after 3 would be nice and memos on transactions. For some reason we had it then it’s gone. For business banking it is really nice. Other than those two it’s 5 stars.

I tried for two days to remote deposit checks to my account. The pictures all 20+ were centered and completely readable, but the deposit was unsuccessful because “could not read the bank information on the bottom of the check! I needed to get money into the account to pay some bills but no one at Partners could help me! Obviously, customer service is truly lacking. Oh by the way they must have fixed their issue because the deposit I did today went through!

I liked the old system where when I clicked on a payee- it showed the date and last amount paid. This was easy and very helpful
