What's New in Parts

1.1.2

July 15, 2026

The in-app review prompt uses Apple's native SKStoreReviewController via expo-store-review. It respects Apple's built-in rate limiting and only appears after meaningful engagement (2 completed sessions or a 7-day streak). No custom review UI is shown — the native sheet is used exclusively.

User reviews

Useful but AI-reliant

This app is very reliant on AI, which is not a problem for me. But the AI assumed my pronouns despite me answering “other” for my gender. I am also not a fan of the letters, as they are clearly written by AI, which makes it harder for me to accept what is being said. I was hoping to see tools and resources for each part rather than this. But it really is nice to see how the parts are grouped, as well as the map it provides. I appreciate this app, I just wish there was an option to opt out of some of the AI features.

useful and intuitive

This app is beautiful and easy to use. It is intuitive and in-depth without being overwhelming, and it gives some autonomy to knowing and finding your own parts! As a therapist, this is so easy to recommend as it gives correct and careful guidance during time in-between sessions. It allows the user to feel their way through their parts, making progress sustainable as we get to connect again in sessions. Highly recommend!

Quick Access to Emotional Support!

This app has genuinely been one of the easiest tools I’ve used for emotional health. It feels surprisingly close to sitting with a real therapist — not in a robotic or clinical way, but in the way it helps you slow down, process what you’re feeling, and actually discern why you feel the way you feel.

One of the biggest things for me has been accessibility. Being able to check in, regulate emotionally, and process thoughts in real time instead of waiting days or weeks for an appointment has been huge. Super intuitive, easy to use, and honestly really grounding.

Best Mental Health Pocket Tool

This app was much needed in my daily life. I often scramble to address or assess my everyday thoughts, motives, and emotions. Parts has given me access to understanding these significant markers that make up my thought life. This is a must have for regulating your mental space on the GO , but also sitting with yourself in reflection. I feel this is a Swiss Army knife everyone should have in their tool kit. If you use this app as intended it is a gateway into fortifying your thought life and self understanding. If you have been searching for an app to help in these areas , THIS IS THE ONE.
