Completely useless app
I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to login to this app without success. I finally gave up because it has been a complete failure. Customer service is non existent at best. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!!!
Doesn’t work correctly
The web page works better than the app. It is clumsy and comber some to use and does not carry all part information to order. Numbers do not match manuals and forget it to order parts for a machine older than 3 years old. This app needs to be improved majorly. You can not always get your log on information to work. The website is so much easier to use than this app. And the app is suppose to improve communication between beisse and the customer. The Starbucks app and Lowe’s and department stores are easier to find information.
