I’ve been using first choices app for years. It’s really reliable and easy to use. The new parts town UK app is trash. It crashes all the time. You’ll be half way through looking for something and it will crash, then you can’t even reopen the app, even after force quitting it. The app is not worth downloading, it’s completely useless, just keep using the first choice app.

Can we have the old search feature back
This app is okay but it seems to of slowed down a lot since the update.
I don’t have an issue with finding manuals, the manuals section is great (except for being slower)
What its missing is the old search feature; which was perfect.
I understand you can search within manual but it’s no where near as good.
If you can put the old search style feature on then it would be 5 stars from me.

Good selection of manuals!
Found all I needed for my routine jobs. Live Chat were a great help & the 360 degree photos look great
Good for catering but...
Good for catering equipment but I think they need to invest more development into the refrigeration side. More manuals and pictures of the parts
